Luther The Flamboyant Traveler is a digital collection of works of art (NFT) based and managed by the Ethereum network.
This website is only a simple view interface that allows the participants (Travelers) to have an easy and useful view about the artworks of Luther The Flamboyant Traveler. This website is not an exchange or buying and selling network for NFTs. Participants are fully responsible for the security and use of their private Ethereum wallets.
As Luther The Flamboyant Traveler contracts are based on the Ethereum network, the possibility of reversing, undoing or restoring any transaction is exempt, it is strictly dependent on the responsibility of the participants.

OWNERSHIP

When you buy an NFT from the Luther The Flamboyant Traveler collection, you will own a work of art derived from the collection and therefore you will be entitled to the conditional use of it.

1.-Personal use: By owning an NFT from the Luther The Flamboyant Traveler collection you will be able to use your NFT personally such as profile pictures, within web pages and/or freely such that the NFT is publicly displayed for non-profit.

2.-Commercial use: The freedom of use is granted as long as you want to use it as part of a market that allows the purchase and sale of your NFT from the collection of Luther The Flamboyant Traveler, provided that the market cryptographically verifies the rights of each owner of said NFT to display the Art for your NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art.

In both cases, we do not have the power to freeze, seize or change ownership of any NFT in the collection of Luther The Flamboyant Traveler as owned by the owner.
Commercial use is subject to the freedom given by the creators of Luther The Flamboyant Traveler such that you are granted an unlimited worldwide license to use, copy and display the purchased Art for the purpose of displaying the art.
